The Boundary Commission Wales has come up with a series of proposals to alter the political map in Neath and Port Talbot, including parts of the Swansea and Amman valleys.
Among the proposals are to take 23 existing wards and combine them to create 11 new super-wards, with two fewer councillors.
Nothing wrong with that but the number of Councillors should be reduced to 11
