The Minister for Business, Enterprise, Technology and Science, Edwina Hart, has declined to give a date for an announcement on how the Barnett consequential for England’s Enterprise Zones policy will be used..
This emerged following a written question from the new Liberal Democrat business spokeswoman Eluned Parrott AM, who asked when a formal statement was due. The Minister replied that deliberations would continue over the summer and that there would be an announcement in due course
Time for Edwina to go. She could not make a decision to save her life. She is a waste of time. She will still be thinking about it in 12 months time
