Far to late in the day the PM has decided to return to London.
We have had the police & the politicians adobt a very laid back approach to these riots and they have allowed them to excalate out of control.
The Met police are out of their depth and are pretty disorganised. THe rioters are running rings around them.
It is time for the Army to be called in. If they do not the situation will get far worse.
The Notting Hill Carnival is likely to cause major riots around there and again the police will not be able to control it.
