The revivial of Faenol Festival’s is hit by very poor sales and in spite of a £240K grant the festival may be cancelled.
If the situation was so bad it does beg the question as to why the £240K was given to it. THat alone iss a £60K a day subsidy. It does raise the question as to how popular this festival is and to its financial standing.
Should taxes payers money just be handed over without question? particular in these hard times? If the festival does not goo ahead will the tax payers get this money back?
